Pre-opening Comments for Thursday March 16th U.S. equity index futures were mixed this morning. S&P 500 futures were unchanged in pre-opening trade. Index futures were virtually unchanged following release of the March Philly Fed Index and February Housing Starts at 8:30 AM EDT.
