Pre-opening Comments for Tuesday July 21^st

U.S. equity indices were higher this morning. S&P 500 futures were up 27 points at 8: 30 AM EDT

The Canadian Dollar dropped US 0.08 to 71.03 after President Trump announced that a 50% tariff will be imposed on certain Canadian goods to go into effect in 30 days.

Cracker Barrel (CBRL) added $2.43 to $55.84 after the company raised revenue guidance.

General Motors (GM) added $1.20 to $77.00 after reporting higher than consensus second quarter results.

Adobe (ADBE) dropped $10.24 to $224.50 after Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock from equal weight to underweight.

MMM (MMM) added $9.89 to $169.00 after reporting higher than consensus second quarter results. The company also issued positive guidance.
