Two economic reports are released this morning at 8:30 AM EST. December Housing Starts<\/b> are expected to drop to 1.385 million units from 1.427 million units in November. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

January Philly Fed Index<\/b> is expected to improve to -11.0 from -13.8 in December.<\/em><\/p>\n

Allstate dropped $3.43 to $129.00<\/b> after noting that fourth quarter results were impacted by major winter storms. <\/em><\/p>\n

Fastenal added $1.31 to$48.85<\/b> after the company raised its quarterly dividend from $0.31 to $0.35.<\/em><\/p>\n
