U.S. equity index futures were higher this morning<\/b>. S&P 500 futures were up 5 points at 8:35 AM EDT. <\/em><\/p>\n

S&P 500 Index futures added 4 points following release of revised U.S. second quarter annualized GDP at 8:30 AM EDT<\/b>. Consensus was an increase of 2.4%. Actual was an increase of 2.1%<\/em><\/p>\n

HP Inc<\/b> dropped $1.88 to $29.49 after reporting lower than consensus third quarter earnings. The company also issued cautious fourth quarter guidance. <\/em><\/p>\n

National Bank<\/b> (NA Cdn$) is expected to open lower after reporting less than consensus fiscal third quarter earnings. <\/em><\/p>\n
