S&P 500 futures were unchanged following release of U.S. economic news at 8:30 AM EDT. Consensus for June Personal Income<\/b> was a 0.2% gain versus a 0.4% drop in May. Actual was a 0.3% gain Consensus for June Personal Spending<\/b> was a 0.4% gain versus a 0.1% drop in May. Actual was a 0.3% gain. Consensus for June core PCE Price Index<\/b> was a 0.3% increase versus a 0.2% gain in May. Actual was a 0.3% gain. On a year-over-year basis, the Index was up 2.8%.<\/em><\/p>\n

Microsoft<\/b> added $45.75 to $559.80 after reporting higher than consensus fourth quarter results.<\/em><\/p>\n

Meta Platform<\/b> gained $81.86 to $776.87 after reporting higher than consensus second quarter results.<\/em><\/p>\n
