The House of Representatives passed a bill last night to re-open Congress<\/b>. President Trump signed the bill late last night. Federal Government Services are expected to resume during the next few days. <\/em><\/p>\n

Cisco<\/b> advanced $5.19 to $79.21 after reporting higher than consensus first quarter results. The company also offered positive guidance. <\/em><\/p>\n

Disney <\/b>dropped $3.51 to $113.14 after reporting lower than consensus fiscal fourth quarter earnings.<\/em> <\/p>\n
