Health care insurance providers were notably weaker in pre-opening trade. UnitedHealth Group<\/b> dropped $34.98 to $316.66, Humana<\/b> dropped $35.87 to $227.76 and CVS Health<\/b> dropped $8.87 to $75.00 after President Trump proposed a lower than expected Medicare Insurer Rate schedule.<\/em><\/p>\n
