S&P 500 futures dropped 5 points following release of Annualized Fourth Quarter U.S. Productivity<\/b> at 8:30 AM EST. Consensus called for a 1.8% increase versus a 4.9% increase in the third quarter. Actual was a 2.8% increase.<\/em><\/p>\n

Broadcom <\/b>(AVGO) advanced $11.95 to $329.38 after reporting higher than consensus fiscal first quarter results. The company also offered positive fiscal second quarter guidance and announced a $10 billion share buyback program.<\/em><\/p>\n

Stub hub<\/b> (STUB) dropped $0.94 to $9.23 after reporting a larger than expected fourth quarter loss.<\/em> <\/p>\n
