Consensus called for a 10,000 increase in employment and a 6.6% unemployment rate. Actual was an 18,200 increase in employment and a 6.5% unemployment rate. <\/em><\/p>\n

Delta Airlines <\/b>(DAL) slipped $1.00 to $88.00 despite reporting higher than consensus second quarter earnings. <\/em><\/p>\n
